My ticket is "Closed", what does that mean, & how can I re-open it?

A ticket is "Closed" (aka "Resolved") when work has been completed as required or necessary and any relevant changes have been applied to your information system(s). Sometimes, in other circumstances this may also mean the ticket is no longer relevant, or was cancelled. 

You may re-open a ticket at any time by simply replying to the ticket via chat, e-mail, or through AppKu ♡ Care - Support & Help.
