What do I do if there's a problem with my app, it's data, or a digital process?

  1. First things first, be sure you're talking to the right team!
    This ♡ Care - Support & Help ticketing system is only for systems that is being actively supported through your organization's AppKu™ Plan. Ask your team lead or IT administrator if you're unsure.
  2. Gather details to share in the ticket.
    • The URL in the browser (if a webapp/website).
    • A screenshot of the problem.
    • A description of what you were doing before the problem occurred.
    • A description of what should have occurred (instead of the problem). 
    • The names of user's (likely yourself) affected by the problem.
  3. Create the ticket! Select the "💝 Care - Support & Help" category.
    Be sure to use your work e-mail address, or sign-in or register an account on this site!
