This ♡ Care - Support & Help ticketing system is only for systems that is being actively supported through your organization's AppKu™ Plan. Ask your team lead or IT administrator if you're unsure. - Gather details to share in the ticket.
- The URL in the browser (if a webapp/website).
- A screenshot of the problem.
- A description of what you were doing before the problem occurred.
- A description of what should have occurred (instead of the problem).
- The names of user's (likely yourself) affected by the problem.
- Create the ticket! Select the "💝 Care - Support & Help" category.
