How do I cancel my AppKu™ Plan?
Your organization may cancel it's AppKu™ Plan subscription at any time as described below or in our mutual agreement.
Please call: 1 (800) 375-3361 or Submit a Billing & Payments Ticket with your information.
Billed (or pre-paid) AppKu™ Plan services are non-refundable. Termination of the subscription will take place at the end of the currently billed term. If you are on a monthly subscription, this should be the next billable month. If you are on a 6-month or 12-month subscription it will be at the end of the 6-month or 12-month term respectively.
