Within
the AppKu™ process an "Idea" is an "ask
to update" an
information system, with the intention to understand the scope of work (aka AppKu™ ⚡ Energy) involved before
actually attempting to create it. Typically, we'll describe your idea and requirements in a
draft within your information system's project plan. As a draft your idea is not
quite ready for Creation- first it must undergo triage.
Triage is
where the majority
of the planning and discovery regarding your information systems occurs. In
order to properly triage an Idea (that is, to provide a proper plan for it), the AppKu™ team
uses a small amount of ⚡ Energy to conceptualize, clarify, and understand what's involved, which
sometimes involves brainstorming sessions, discussions, diagrams, drawings, and even formal wire-frames.
This will
turn your Ideadraft
into one or more ♡
Care and/or
Behaviors
issues within your organization's information system(s) project plan's, and more accurately describe your
"ask to
update".
Ideas
are retained in the
project plan for each information system so that your team members can consider them
for immediate or future
Creation and
