What is an "Idea" in AppKu™?

Within the AppKu™ process an "Idea" is an "ask to update" an information system, with the intention to understand the scope of work (aka AppKu™ ⚡ Energy) involved before actually attempting to create it. This understanding comes from the AppKu™ team performing triage on the Idea

Triage is where the majority of the planning and discovery regarding your information systems occurs. In order to properly triage an Idea (that is, to provide a proper plan for it), the AppKu™ team uses a small amount of ⚡ Energy to conceptualize, clarify, and understand what's involved, which sometimes involves brainstorming sessions, discussions, diagrams, drawings, and even formal wire-frames.

During triage the AppKu™ team will turn your Idea into either ♡ Care Tickets, or Behaviors, or a combination of the two, in order to more accurately describe your "ask to update" within the affected information system's project plan.
