What is the difference between a Product, Behavior, and ♡ Care Ticket?

Product

A Product is a grouping/categorization of one or more Behaviors usually representing a tangible widget, page, or feature within your information system project(s).

Behavior

A Behavior is both a planned requirement and a deliverable which describes how a product (or portion thereof) should act from the end-user's perspective - it is defined in a statement containing 1) who the acting user(s) are 2) the actions those users take and 3) the expected results of their action. 

♡ Care Ticket

♡ Care Tickets are trackable help, support, or feedback requests that AppKu™ uses to provide services to your organization.  ♡ Care Tickets can be associated with specific Products or Behaviors, or be independent. These types of tickets are specifically marked as such under the category "💝 Care - Support & Help" or simply "♡ Care".
