When a Ticket is "Waiting on Approval" it means that
your organization's project owner or manager has imposed conditions to approve individual Tickets. AppKu™ is waiting for their approval.
To approve the Ticket your organization's project owner or manager will need to respond to the ticket under their account granting approval so that the AppKu™ team can move forward, or close the ticket.
