My ticket is "Waiting on Approval", what does that mean?

When a Ticket is "Waiting on Approval" it means that your organization's project owner or manager has imposed conditions to approve individual Tickets, or that your project or organization lacks the membership or energy to proceed with handling the request. 

To approve the Ticket your organization's project owner or manager will need to respond to the ticket under their account granting approval so that the AppKu™ team can move forward, or close the ticket.
