Billed (or pre-paid) AppKu™ services are non-refundable. Termination of most services will take place at the end of the current billing term with proper notice. If you are on a 6-month or 12-month Guaranteed Monthly Coverage service plan with a Sustained-Use discount it will be at the end of the 6-month or 12-month term respectively.
