Project Item
A "Project Item" is a term to refer either an Issue or a ♡ Care Ticket.
♡ Care Ticket
♡ Care Tickets are traceable help, support, or feedback requests that AppKu™ uses to provide services to your organization. ♡ Care Tickets can be associated with specific Products or Behaviors, or be independent.
Each Ticket is tracked with a unique Project Item code in your project. This code is prefixed with a T# followed by an identifying number. During conversation this code can be used as a durable reference to a specific Ticket.
Issue
An Issue is a technical tracking task that helps define your project. Every change, update, review, or otherwise to your project information system(s) is tracked with an Issue. Issues can be linked directly to ♡ Care Tickets, or stand independently as "♡ Care" project items for maintenance and support purposes. They can also represent planned user behaviors (see "Behaviors" below).

Product
A Product is a grouping/categorization of one or more Behaviors usually representing a tangible widget, page, or feature within your information system project(s).
Story
A Story is simply the definition of a Product. It describes the "What", "Where", "Who", and "Why" of the Product.
